Master of Business Administration (MBA)

 

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

 

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree Program

offered by Paramount International University is a self-paced

program which may be completed totally by distance learning.

PIU's study program are not structured by semesters, quarters or

terms, allowing students to begin their Degree at any time during

the year.

 

The MBA program is designed for individuals who seek

to advance their careers in management by acquiring a working

knowledge of sophisticated analytical and quantitative techniques

for the solution of management problems.

Because the tools of management science are applicable to the

problems of the public sector as well as the private sector, students

whose career interests involve not-for-profit enterprise are also

encouraged to seek admission. PIU's MBA program emphasizes

the identification, analysis and solution of complex management

problems that require technical understanding and balanced

decision making. Students develop additional expertise in the

solution of persistent management problems through the completion

of a thesis. Management roles with the confidence and selfdiscipline

expected of the MBA graduate.

 

The MBA program has a

total of 42 credit hours requirement including nine (courses) of 4

credits each. The program is designed for those who have an

undergraduate degree from an accredited Institute or university or

a comparable degree from a recognized institution outside of the

United States. Also required is a cumulative grade point average

of 2.0 of better.

 

 

PROGRAM DELIVERY, DURATION & REQUIREMENTS:

Program Duration: 2 - 3 years Master Programs are offered

through Distance Learning and seminar support basis. Students can

enroll for these programs from anywhere.

 

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or completion of a minimum of

120 semester credit hours at undergraduate level. For overseas

students, the applicant should in general have educational

qualification comparable to those stated for US residents.
